Administration:  This section manpower is highly efficient, experienced, qualified, discipline, God-fearing and highly dedicated.

The selection of these personnel is done by a renowned educational consultant following the due process of written and oral interview.  The School Administrator is Mrs R. Ighile, Principal Senior School  is Deaconess Mrs.  Theresa Ozemoya Akpeghagha ably assisted by Mr Edo Vice-Principal academics, Mrs E. O. Ayemere Vice Principal Foreign Language/Media .

The Junior Secondary School has Dr. Juliet Onaiwu Imoudu as the principal of the section, ably assisted by  Mr. K. H. Afebkhikhu  (Vice-Principal Administation/Hostel)

The teaching personnel comprises Head of departments (H.O.D’s) club coordinators, teachers, counselors and various major and Ad-hoc committees. This is to ensure that academic, extra curriculum activities, discipline and high standard morals are achievable.

At the Senior Secondary level, career foundations are laid and built upon, empowering the students for tertiary institutions, building them into leaders that can stand globally.

The non-academic and custodian staff are not left out in this enormous job description, they complement the academic staff in realizing this great height of academic excellence.

The  curriculum for the secondary is strictly based on the approved scheme of the ministry of education as stipulated in the national policy of education.  Our teachers constantly undergo seminar, workshop, in-service training to keep them abreast with the day to day trends in their various fields.

The school has a well organized extra-school lessons, home lesson, taking cognizance of the different intellectual abilities of the students, bringing out the best in them mentally.  In Nomec, we believe in the total development of the child.  As such no one can be described as being dull or not intelligent but discovering the different root cause of their academic issues and dealing with it directly.

The internal and external exams of the secondary section has been outstanding in performance with qualitative results.  The senior secondary writes WAEC, NECO, TOEFL, JAMB, A/Levels and SAT.  The junior school certificate exams are GSCE and NECO.  In all these exams no stone is left unturned to ensure the students are well prepared and fit for the exams.  Our track record speaks volume by our impressive and credible results.  As such, we have demands from external students to be registered with us.

Our facilities are of state of the art standard and second to none that can meet international standard.  The secondary is poised at raising students into global leaders physically, spiritually, psychologically and morally.  Our students character, personality, self esteem are unique and rare because of the character formation that we inculcate in them with extra-curricular activities, educational field trips in different subjects excursions within and outside the country .
